Type data: holotype DZUP <M> (Althought Moure (1967:387) stated that the holotype was in the collection of the 'Commonwealth Institute of Biological Control', in Trinidad, it is actually in the DZUP (G. A. R. Melo, unpubl.)).
Type locality: Trinidad, 'Aripo valley'.
