Type data: holotype HNHM <F> (Nemésio (2009:230) and Nemésio & Rasmussen (2011:20) list the type specimen as being deposited in the ZMB collection).
Type locality: Peru, Loreto, Pebas.

Neotropical Region: Brazil (Amazonas, Pará), Peru (Loreto)
