Z. 1910: 693-711 [701] (A brief note on this species appeared also in Ducke (1910:84), who attributes the name to Friese in litteris. Nascimento (1979:3), based on Moure & Michener's notes, mistakenly attributed the name to Ducke) .
Type data: syntype ZMB <F><M>.
Type locality: Brazil, Pará, Belém.
