Euglossa (Euglossa) fimbriata Moure, 1968
Euglossa fimbriata
Moure, J. S. (1968). Espécies novas de Euglossa da América Central (Hymenoptera, Apidae). Bol. Univ. Fed. Parana, Zool. 3 (2): 13-64 [48] (Although the name Euglossa fimbriata was not formally proposed by Moure (1968), it can be considered validly proposed from that work, since Moure presented features that could distinguish it from other species. In the DZUP, there is a single specimen from Bolivia, labeled 'Bolivia, Santa Cruz, Santiago, December 1959' and with a red manuscript label 'E. fimbriata', here considered the holotype (in accordance with ICZN Art. 72.4.1.1)) .
Type data: holotype DZUP <M>.
Type locality: Bolivia [Santa Cruz, Santiago].
